Wholesale Pricing – How Do I Qualify?
We are a B2B wholesaler of high-quality commercial machine embroidery supplies. We offer competitive pricing to qualified businesses. Please reach out to our sales department to order online with your special contracted pricing and/or to order online with terms.
Minimum Order Quantities
We do not require any minimum order quantities or thresholds to place an order online.
Shipping Times
The Embroidery Source knows time is of the essence in business. We ship daily Monday through Friday. In stock orders typically ship out within one business day.
Local Pickup
For customers within 75 miles of our Winston-Salem facility we offer convenient curbside pickup. Please be advised that we require at least 2 hours to process any pickup orders. Orders are available for pickup Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 3:00pm EST only.
Returns | Exchanges
Clamping systems and special order items cannot be returned. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number if you need to make a return or an exchange. Only goods specified on the Return Authorization will be accepted. Unauthorized returns may be returned to sender or destroyed without accompanying authorization. Merchandise is non-returnable 60 days after the date of invoice. We do not accept returns for used or damaged products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Proof of purchase is required, and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Products Damaged in Transit
Any damages caused in transit will be the responsibility of the carrier and should be reported to them immediately.
Delivery Fees
We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping on any orders over $250. We reserve the right to choose the best delivery method. Exclusions do apply. Any oversized/bulk rolls are excluded, as are any orders outside the continental US. Flat rate shipping does not apply to drop-ship items.
